By using visaprep.today (“VisaPrep”) you agree to these terms.

What VisaPrep is

VisaPrep is a practice tool. The officer is an AI simulation. Its questions, decisions and scorecards are for practice only. They don’t predict the outcome of your real interview, and nothing on VisaPrep is legal or immigration advice. VisaPrep isn’t affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your links can use your account. You must be 18 or older.

Free and paid interviews

• Each email gets one free interview. Free interviews don’t include the officer’s decision, the review or a report.
• Paid plans are one-time purchases of interview credits. Credits don’t expire. One credit is used when an interview room opens.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload documents that aren’t yours or that you don’t have the right to share, try to break or overload the service, abuse the free tier with multiple accounts, or use VisaPrep to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Recordings and your content

Every interview is recorded. By starting an interview you agree that the audio (your voice and the officer’s) is recorded and stored privately for up to 30 days, so we can review complaints and disputes and improve the officer. Recordings are then deleted automatically, or straight away if you delete your account. We don’t sell recordings or use them for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details. If you don’t want to be recorded, don’t start an interview.

You keep ownership of what you upload and say. You let us process it to run your interview and, for recordings, to review disputes and improve the service.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep VisaPrep available and accurate, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for the result of any real visa application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
