Privacy Policy
VisaPrep (“we”, “us”) runs visaprep.today, an AI mock visa interview service. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What we collect and why

We don’t sell your data, don’t use it for advertising and don’t use third-party tracking cookies.
Who processes your data
We use these providers to run the service:
- OpenAI: runs the AI officer, reads your documents and writes your scorecard
- Smallest.ai: converts your speech to text
- Murf: generates the officer’s voice
- Cloudflare: website delivery, email sending, recording storage (R2) and network relay
- Stripe: payments
- Hetzner: hosts our servers (EU)
Some of these process data outside India, including in the US and EU.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie (vp_session) to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. To delete everything, use Delete account on your account page: it erases your interviews, reviews, recordings and sessions immediately (recordings are removed from storage within the hour). For anything else, or to raise a grievance, email [email protected]. We reply within 7 days.
VisaPrep is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be shown on the site.
