Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with VisaPrep. Here’s how refunds work.

Unused credits

If you haven’t used any credits from a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying.

Partly used purchases

Within 14 days, we’ll refund the unused credits from a purchase at the price you paid per interview.

Technical problems

If an interview failed because of a problem on our side (the officer didn’t join, the call dropped, audio didn’t work), email us within 7 days. We’ll restore the credit or refund it, whichever you prefer.

What isn’t refundable

Interviews that ran normally, even if you didn’t like the officer’s decision. The officer is deliberately strict, and its decision is a practice simulation, not a prediction.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, and tell us roughly when you bought. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your account.
